Can picked up from Beer Republic webshop Breda Netherlands at home Monday 20th May 2024, sat outside in the garden, we're cooking Omani Mishkak Lamb Kebabs later with Feta and Chorizo Kebabs and a Freekah & Tomato accompaniment. Pours gold with the faintest of haze and a mid sized white head. Loz gets grapefruit and I can see where she is coming from, I agree there is a little bit of grapefruit. Nice carbonation and mouthfeel, fruit, bitterness and despite a lingering sweetness it's got a dry finish. It is not quite a full on Westy, I don't think but it's good.

Dark brown colour with no head. Aroma of dark chocolate, cacao, roasted nuts, vanilla. Full bodied, dark chocolate flavour, moderate sweetness, a fair bit of alcohol warmth, some vanilla, toasted nuts again. As it gets warmer, it gets more cohesive, and rich. Very good.
