Description
We brew and serve beer, kombucha, cider, mead and wine. We currently offer two rotating charcuterie boards options. One meat friendly and one vegetarian.

We have a steady flow of food trucks/pop-ups serving delicious grub six nights per week (NOW OPEN 7 DAYS). We also allow you to bring in outside food if you’d like. Order up a pizza and head on up! Our full schedule of events is available on the Facebook events page.

Our goal as a neighborhood focused brewery is to serve the local community first, one pint at a time. Right now, the products we make are only served onsite. As we grow, we may end up choosing to distribute but for now we are limited to special events only. We do some canning/bottling runs throughout the year and are planning to increase our frequency this year.

Growlers are available to-go as well as on-site consumption of beer and kombucha in various sizes in our tasting room. We brew on a small scale, helping us keep the beer incredibly fresh, constantly rotating but with a diverse range of styles.

At Urbanrest, we’re flavor explorers on the path to enlightenment. Madly in love with fermentation and all the amazing flavors that go along with it. We’re very fortunate to be a part of a community that embraces our pursuit and appreciate you all joining us on this journey.

Cask at the brewery as pictured, 11/28/25.
Musty cellar and old wood with little/no toast. Surprisingly light fruitiness from the yeast. Guess it's too busy being funky/musty. Love it.
Super drinkable. Both malty and watery and dry, as it should be. Light chocolate and light toffee, nothing sweet, with more damp cellar allusions. Hell yeah.

Brewery draught, as pictured, 11/28/25.
Sticky, rich brown sugar and creme brulée with vanilla glaze. Mild bourbon and no alcohol noted.
Considerably more bourbon in the mouth. Very peppery with moderate oak. The same vanilla creme brulée flavor from the nose but minus the sticky sweetness. This is quite dry and (a bit too) attenuated.

Brewery draught, 11/28/25, as pictured.
Nice and round, whiskey-forward nose with some sweetness to support it. Not too heavy on the fruit, though there is some raisin. Lots of vanilla, whiskey spice and light caramel-sugar. No alcohol.
Soft and fluffy malts are rich and yet nicely attenuated. Marshmallow follows the spicy, oaky whiskey and sweetens gently. No alcohol noted, low fruitiness for the style. Just good honest malt and whiskey with tasteful mallow. Just like a great Stay Puft variant.

Brewery draught, 11/28/25, as pictured.
Very fruity, estery yeast with lots of spice and wood. Lemon and grapefruit on the end. Like the robust acidity. Clean and aromatic.
Juicy and fruity with healthy bitterness and lots of yeast character. Peppery fresh hop I guess. Malty and nicely dry. Maybe a bit too heavy on the pepper, wood, cracker and estery yeast, but still flavorful and drinkable.

Smells the part...some campfire, but generously malted with herbal hops even coming through on the crisp finish. Clean, aromatic and snappy.
Beautiful smoke character that is somehow rich and evident yet not overpowering. Drier old campfire with no bacon. Big, supple malts and lots of peppery, herbal hops with a vein of bread, drying out nicely on the finish. Rich and satisfying but crisp and drinkable too.

Brewery draught, 6/8/24. Clear, pale golden. Strong rye whiskey with soft honey and plentiful apple. Heavy rye barrel. Chewy, strident tannin. A bit too dominant, especially given the light body (too light). Clean, vegetal, gentle. Gets better on the finish but not super well-integrated overall.

Brewery draught, 6/8/24. Clearish mahogany-dark amber. Spotty beige head. Soft brown sugar and gentle sherry with nutty tannin and light vanilla. Surprisingly low culture character, or at least it's low acetic. Juicy, rich sherry, light red wine and oak tannin. Brown sugar and vanilla. Malty and dry. Soft. Insanely drinkable and very, very low acetic.

Brewery draught, 6/8/24. Lightly hazy, lemony-pineapple. Dry, bit of malo-lactic. Some tart acidity from apple tannin and a good general funk with mineral. Juicy, tart, lots of skin tannin and vanilla. Very dry. Very fruity yeast and tons of spicy phenol. Mellow acidity. Wish there was a bit more body.

Brewery draught, 6/7/24. Bright, deep raspberry. Small, pinkish head to ring. Bright, tart, not too acidic, real raspberry with gentle lactic acidity and crusty wheat. Clean. Dry, refreshingly tart, fruity, no adulteration. Just biscuity, nutty wheat and attenuated raspberry. Bright and refreshing. Mellow lactic character.

Brewery draught, 11/16/23. Dark, good, tan head. Nose is richly buttery, like buttered rum with some nutty rye and dark chocolate. Clean and not boozey with light caramel. Clean with big butter toffee, butt, chewy rye and a medium body that takes a lot of warming before it gets quite nice. Balanced with a really interesting whiskey character. Earthy almost. Dark chocolate and light, chewy toffee lingering. Again, clean, dry and not boozey.
