Description
We brew and serve beer, kombucha, cider, mead and wine. We currently offer two rotating charcuterie boards options. One meat friendly and one vegetarian.
We have a steady flow of food trucks/pop-ups serving delicious grub six nights per week (NOW OPEN 7 DAYS). We also allow you to bring in outside food if you’d like. Order up a pizza and head on up! Our full schedule of events is available on the Facebook events page.
Our goal as a neighborhood focused brewery is to serve the local community first, one pint at a time. Right now, the products we make are only served onsite. As we grow, we may end up choosing to distribute but for now we are limited to special events only. We do some canning/bottling runs throughout the year and are planning to increase our frequency this year.
Growlers are available to-go as well as on-site consumption of beer and kombucha in various sizes in our tasting room. We brew on a small scale, helping us keep the beer incredibly fresh, constantly rotating but with a diverse range of styles.
At Urbanrest, we’re flavor explorers on the path to enlightenment. Madly in love with fermentation and all the amazing flavors that go along with it. We’re very fortunate to be a part of a community that embraces our pursuit and appreciate you all joining us on this journey.

Brewery draught, 11/16/23. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, brass-golden-blonde. Small, white head. Nose is a bit timid, floral, citrusy, not as explosively sulphur/mineral-rich as id hope. But clean with cracker and no resin or alcohol. Tons of spicy, sweaty, floral Citra notes and some woody Simcoe. Soft, medium-bodied, quite dry, moderately malty. Floral, spicy, some tropical fruit, not tons and tons of Riwaka, certainly not mineralesque, but clean, snappy, moderately malty and very dry.

Brewery draught, 11/16/23. Dark, small, tan head. Nose is heavy bourbon, buttery, spicy, fairly rich, some heat. Chocolate and light caramel behind it. Should me coconut lingering. Softer as it warms. No booze. Chocolate and lean caramel. It's certainly not an extended boil stout, but it's very flavorful, plenty malty, not boozey and is refreshingly dry. Still a medium body that really needs warming to bring it out. Super clean, drinkable with no heat or booze. Caramel, light butter, lots of barrel tannin with plentiful coconut and vanilla.

Brewery draught, 11/16/23. Clear, pale, white gold. Nose is very floral, very full of botanicals from the gin barrel, but not sharp or alcoholic. No wood tannin and seemingly low honey character with more floral and citrus notes. Not much from apple cider, maybe a bit of apple skin. Clean, not boozey. Very dry, floral, botanical. Better as it warms. Gaining a bit of body but this is super, super dry. Flavors are excellent with spicy mead notes and hints of apple. Lingering honey and gin. Clean, no alcohol noted.
