On tap at Schmohz. Deep red body, medium cream head. Toasty, caramely, sweet and fruity aroma. The flavor profile really highlights the tasty Munich malts, with loads of caramel, dark fruit (berry-like) and toasts finishing with earthy hops. Toasty and very "clean," perhaps because this isn’t really brewed with a lager yeast. Nice full substantial mouthfeel. My favorite of the bunch so far!

On tap at Schmohz. Orange-red mostly clear body, thin cream head. Perfumey, flowery aroma with notes of caramel. Caramely body with plenty of perfumey hops, combining for an unusual floral and fruity effect. Long bitter finish. Interesting beer, not one I see myself drinking much of as a session beer though.

On tap at the just-opened Schmohz taproom. Deep red-brown body, thin cream head. Dry roasted malt aroma with dark chocolate undertones in classic porter vein. Nice dry roasty flavor, somewhat woody, with dark bittersweet chocolate and a touch of coffee cream. Slightly acidic and quite toasty. Nothing too unique but well-done nonetheless.
