Description
Sibling Revelry Brewing was founded by a family of brothers and cousins from Cleveland who wanted to share their passion for great beer with others. Noticing a lack of breweries in the west side suburbs, the relatives set out to create a unique taproom and drinking experience rooted right in their own backyards.

Sibling Revelry’s sophisticated taproom offers a full selection of 22 craft beers including year-round brews, seasonal varieties, limited releases and taproom exclusives. Pair beers with a rotating selection of food trucks with great foods like sandwiches, burgers, and more. Our outdoor patio provides additional space to enjoy our brews with friends and dogs alike.

The aroma is of tropical fruit and hop resin. The flavor is mildly bitter with some fruit and pine. It’s a straightforward hazy, alright but nothing special.

Snells of spicy Belgian yeast and malt. The flavor is kind of sweet with a dryish finish. Medium body. It’s a decent tripel.

Very light, crisp, lacking much flavor. Good for a festival day.

Cheap can from chalet. Pour is pale yellow of course. Clean fresh smell with a tad of metal in there. Oh yea, first big swig is almost refreshing, lots of bubbly co2. As I ponder this, I'm getting a little bit of an odd aftertaste, something a little creamy in there and I don't think this adds to the enjoyability factor. Goes down pretty easy but that mildly weird effect is a little off putting, it leaves a unique after taste after each slug. Not as clean and clear as many well brewed cheap pale agers but this intricate flavor, hiding back there in the background, separates this beer from the rest of the cheap lagers out there and makes it a little different. Perhaps its hops or maybe its the water, not sure.
