Very nice. Lightly sweet/tart apples/white grape/lemon/peach/pear. Semidry/mild carb. Min acidity. Very refreshing, nice fruit complexity.

Pint can poured into Basque cider glass. Very pale color. This is basically a sweet muscat alcopop masquerading as a cider. I mean I like the sweetness grape but I’m worried about diabetes a bit. Yeah, that covers it.

Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this cider poured a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a trace soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was faint bubblegum and a hint of apple. The flavor was dry and musty with bubblegum and apple flesh. Long dry finish. Light body. Meh.

Tap. Pours clear pale straw, no head, no lacing. Aroma is tart apples, lemon. Flavors is light tart, dry indeed, unripe apple. Light body, no carbonation.

Tap. Pours clear pale reddish straw, no head or lacing. Aroma is apples, cherry, cough medicine. Flavor is medium sweet, cherries, lightly medicinal, hints of tartness. Better as it warms. Medium body, uncarbonated.
