Awesome! Balanced lightly sweet/tart apples; fruit peel/earthy spice. Dry/crisp carb finish. Great complexity/highly refreshing!

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on an unusually warm December evening. I'm not too big a fan of this one, just a run of the mill cider with cherry juice added, it's ok.

Rerate, considerably better the 2nd time. Aroma has apple and some honey, and flavor is surprisingly dry, more apple here but it is not sweet. Simple and clean, moderate carbonation, and easy drinking, but no complexity or interesting yeast character.

22oz bottle from the Franklin’s General Store. Pours a crystal clear gold with zero head and plenty of carbonation. Nose is interesting, quite a bit of bubble gum, candied apple, some poached pear, white grape too, very ripe apples. Flavor follows right behind, plenty of cotton candy, bubblegum, candy apple, pear, a little butter Pinot Grigio, some mild apple tartness. A little acidity would go a very long way. Paired well with a nice organic cheddar, for what that’s worth.
