From a 440ml can on 1/5/2021 (shared with Butz). Pours a hazy golden with a small to medium head. Has a pleasant fruity nose with tropical and stone fruit nose. Is quite sweet with both fruity and honeyed notes at the start, with a moderate slightly spicy bitterness. Slick mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. A very nice hazy.

Can. Opaque orange with a cm of white head. Aroma is slightly flat with mango and peach, crackers and oranges. 7- More vibrant taste with pithy oranges and pineapple with duller mango and some grassy notes at the moderately bitter finish. OK but well short of their best. Listened to the song very loud though.

From a 440ml can on 24/4/2021 (shared by Butz with thanks). Pours a clear deep golden with a smallish head. The nose is pungent and fruity. Taste features some sweet tropical and stone fruit, with some strong grape in the mix. The hops are quite green, firm and sharp, giving it an interesting dry finish. The mouthfeel is slick, the carbonation average. Not tried this hop before but it's quite distinctive. Very solid stuff.

Can. Very bright amber with an inch of white head that lasts very well. Not that vibrant an aroma for Epic with pine, some berries, caramel, light bread. But it makes more sense to me upon a taste -- the toasty and caramel flavours go well with first the berries, then a bit of orange, then pine ooze towards a gradually gripping bitterness. The finish has finesse.

From a 440ml can on 7/2/2021. Pours a clear golden with barest of heads. The nose is quite sweet and fruity, with some grassy and herbal notes in the mix. Flavour wise, there's a big citrus and stone fruit sweetness up front with a decent biscuit malt background. Then the hops kick in - big, resiny, sharp and dry, giving it a warming slightly boozy finish. The mouthfeel is quite syrupy, the carbonation average. A very enjoyable huge IPA,

Can. Luminous orange with a modest white head. Aroma of tropical (mango, pineapple) fruit with a citrus leading edge. Fruity but dryish with a sherbety touch. A vaguely chalky element to the texture, like having had an antacid chew tablet slightly stuck in the teeth. Bitterness is lowish but it's enough to provide a finish. Fair enough.

330ml can. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Piney, resinous, citrusy, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of pine, spruce, lemon, grapefruit. Taste is crisp, bitter, citrusy, piney and resinous hoppy, notes of orange zest, pine, spruce, lemon, grapefruit, grapefruit zest, pale and caramel malty basis with little residual sweetness. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very clean, crisp, oily - very good!

Can. Clear amber with an inch of white head. Not so vibrant - for Epic - aroma with citrus, dope, berries and pine as well as breadcrust. But the hops more than ooze through upon a taste, with dank tropical and dope aromatics muttering underneath citrus before resin cuts in at the bitter finish. Pretty good.
