Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th December 2023 listening to Ryuichi Sakamoto - 12. Cooking Turkey Wellington with Delias Red Cabbage, Sprouts in Blankets, Tom Kerridges Potato, Jamie Olivers Stuffing, Raymond Blanc Celeriac Puree, Loz's gravy, Hasselback Carrots and finally Loz's Parmesan Parsnips. Pours gold with a white head, soft mouthfeel, a little bit bland is my first impression of this beer. Some sweetness, a little creamy edge, a tiny metallic twang. It's ok.

(Hola Menust). Untappd ütleb, et "micro brewery", aga maitseb suht makroselt. Magus, viljane, mõru, papine, nats kuiv. IDK, kraanikaussi ei toida, aga uuesti ostmist väldiks igati.

ABV: 7.4%. Cloudy - hazy medium amber yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, fruity malt, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, light banana - clove, light phenol. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. --Bottled, thanks koelschtrinker! -- Hazy amber, firm, mid sized head. Aroma of cloves and banana. Mid sweet with full body and dense mouthfeel. Caramel and ripe banana, some bubblegum. Mild soothing finish. Solid and polished.
