Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Beer in the glass copper coloured, small head. Spicy aroma. Starts intense malty-spicy, light alcoholic, woody, light sweetish touch. Some hints of dried fruits. Finish well balanced, woody-malty-spicy, a bit metallical. Not bad.

Landskron Maibock, Flasche von Getränke Hoffmann, Berlin. - Dunkelgold, klar. - In der Nase bocktypisch breite helle Malzigkeit mit leicht parfümierter Süße und gedämpfte aromatische Kräuternote. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig mit ein wenig Karamel, Sahnebonbons und sortentypisch fetter Malzsüße, die aber gut eingebunden ist. Kernige, frisch herbale Hopfenherbe mit leicht künstlichen zitrusfruchtigen Aromen. Milder rezent, breit. Im Abgang solide Herbe. - Satt hellmalziger Bock mit Tiefgang, frisch aber etwas derb gehopft. Gar nicht schlecht. (17.4.2020.)

Grainy and slightly alcoholic nose. The beer starts mild and fruity. Wood, hints of deep intense malt. Caramel, smooth mild wood with hints of sourness. Fantastic balanced brew, hints of grain, caramel and wood in the end.

75cl swing top bottle. A clear amber beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of strong caramelized malt. Taste of sweet strong caramelized malt, nuts and bread.

Hell bockiger, muffig holziger Beginn. Wenig Alkohol, feinherb, relativ süffig. Süßlich holzig mit etwas Vanille im Mittelteil, weich würziger Abgang. Okay. 9/8/9/9/10/9
