Brewery draught, 12/21/24.
Dark, clear. Small, dark beige head.
Rich malt with milk chocolate, mild roast, light coffee and moderate caramel. Good acidity and ends with earth, mineral and yeast. Clean, aromatic.
Richly malted with excellent chocolate character up front turning to mild roasted coffee before a caramel and lightly dark-fruited finish. Healthy bitterness with a medium body and good attenuation on the finish.

Brewery draught, 12/21/24.
Clear, bright waxy-yellow-blonde. Small, white head.
Very fruity nose with melon, mild tropical fruit, earth, mineral and a biscuity-honey-like malt character. Bit of gummy fruit character in there, too. Clean, but maybe a bit sweet and melony from malt and hop without enough crisp, dry character on the end.
Similar flavors with lots of melon and tropical notes. Sweetish hop character, very round, with incredibly low bitterness. Biscuit and honey-like malt. Bit too round. Want a little more bitterness and attenuation with more crisp yeast on the finish.

16 oz can from Wegmans-Woodbridge, 12/20/24. It pours a mostly clear golden color with a white head, and streaky, drippy lace. Lemon-lime, grass, a little spice. Grainy, dry finish. Easy drinking. Tingly mouthfeel. A touch thin, but solid overall. Always like a beer with Bella in the name, so bonus points for that. 7/4/7/3/15
