Brewery draught, 7/29/25.
Clear lemon-golden-blonde. Creamy, dense, white head.
Crackery, grainy rice and gently herbal noble hops in the nose. Clean with mineral and just enough sweetness to balance.
Gently sweet and lightly grainy/crackery in a good way. Soft malt/rice sweetness and very gentle herbal notes from hop with low bitterness. Excellent texture and body for the size. Maybe could use a touch more bitterness and/or crispness on the finish.

Can from Market Basket
Pours a lightly hazy medium gold color with a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Bready crackery maltiness countered with floral earthy citrus hops. Tastes like they used Mandarina Bavaria hops. Decent brew.

Pint can. Pumpkin aroma with notes of grainy malt, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove. Pours clear copper colored with a thin off white head that has some retention but excellent lacing. Starts with pumpkin, grainy malt, ginger and allspice flavors. Finishes smooth and fairly refreshing with nutmeg, cinnamon and clove flavors. Pretty decent fall lager.

As pictured.
Very fruity with a bit of berry and unripe tropical fruit. Soft white bread balancing underneath. Clean.
Very fruity, gently bitter with a bready malt texture and good attenuation. Tropical and with light melon. Very malty texture but not too sweet. Very IPL like.

Brewery draught, 6/18/25.

Clean and crackery with some grassy hop and bright herbal notes.
Yeah, it's crackery, dry, extremely light, but not unfinished/rushed. Just light and with low malt. Nothing too out of place for its size. Fizzy, with white bread, corn-like notes and lingering sweetness. Yeah, it's not amazing, but it's still a hell of a bud lite competitor.

Clear lighter brass. Small, white head.
Clean, crisp and hoppy with honey and cracker from the malt. Hops are done very well. A bit of dust, dried herbs but stronger freshly cut grass as well.
Rich, honey-like malt and beautiful hops with a deep texture and good attenuation. Lingering fresh, zesty herbal bitterness and light honey. This is a lot of malt and flavor for its size, but I'd like just a touch more crispness/dryness on the very end. As is, it's a touch sluggish. Just a touch.
