Description

Clear amber to red beer, aery yellowish head, unstable, non adhesive. Small chunks floating around. Aroma: grapefruit, some citrus touch, bit grassy, dusty (pepper) and some overripe fruits. MF: ok carbon, full body, alcoholic. Taste: pretty sweet and sugary start, sweet malts and alcohol, bit of citrus fruits, some dried fruits, disinfectant, slightly caramely. Aftertaste: bit of mocha, bitter hops, quite alcoholic. The alcohol is really warming the throat. A bit too much I think.

Light copper colour. Thick, foamy head. Aroma is very yeasty, like bread dough. Flavour is yeasty at first then has some citrus. It becomes quite sweet from the pumpkin but pleasntly so. Warming alcohol finish but in no way harsh.

Murky dark brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts, hazelnuts, bread, yeast, some fruit and spices. Slight chocolate. Flavour is sweet malty, caramel, some coffee, dark fruits and spices. Some nutty almond tones. Balanced though a bit light for an Imperial Stout.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Nut brown, small head. Aroma of hazelnuts and caramel. Mid sweet with rounded spritzy mouthfeel and medium-full body. Plenty of coffee, some marzipan. Slight salty bitterness. Mouthfilling and relaxed.

Orange colour, off-white lasting head. Some small floats. Aroma of malts, fruity hops, pronounced pumpkin and pumpkin sweetness, caramel and light yeast spiciness. Flavour is rather sweet, good malt backbone, golden raisins, yeast. Quite full body. Alcohol showing through (nice alcohol warmth) and finish rather sweet with a hint of pumpkin.
