Description

Bottle at The Rake, Borough. Mustard beer? According to Richard from Utobeer, they sell tons of the stuff. Spicey aroma. Very good malt and then mustard hop finish. Unbelievably drinkable. So I will be having another.

Pours with a very slight golden haze into a tumbler with no head. Sour orange notes. Almost flat, very slight fizz, if anything. Sour lemon with a quick finish. The flemish sour of wit beers. Certainly unique.

Spicy aroma. Cloudy, yellow colour. Very small head. The flavour is peppery and spicy with a little asparagus. But a nice, fruity tripel. Swelling mouthfeel.
