Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera appena percepibile e l'esistenza olfattiva è corta. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è moderato. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera poco meno che sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva e non ha un retrogusto particolare. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, pane, agrumi e alcol presente.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permaneè sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è corta. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane ed erbaceo.

Bottle from an Eastern European restaurant in Kraków. Aroma is sweet dark malts, cocoa, roasted malt, caramel, strong sweet chocolate, with a touch of coffee. Flavour is sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is full and rich, bit creamy chocolate. A refined Baltic Porter.

Old rating from 2010 - As 'Okocim Mocne', 500ml bottle picked up on my Poland visit, Poured at home in Jersey, it's amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of corn, chocolate, vanilla, citrus, wood, grain & malt. Moderate body. Slight dry sweet finish

Can 0,5ltr: Clear golden colored brew with an spot-on bitter taste, yes this is an spot-on Lager. Not to crazy, not to weird, not to sweet, not to dry just spot-on and than can be dull for others. Bought it at Kubus MArkt, Leiden.
