About

Good pale pilsner appearance with a minimal airy aroma. Fresh tasting and slightly malty flavour. A good European lager.

Golden colour. Head dissipates fast. Malt-sweet aroma. Initially this beer tastes pretty good, a bit one the maltier side. But after awhile the malt gets overrun by a really unpleasant bitterness. Didn't like it at all in the end.

Black in colour, with small bubbles rising on the edge of the glass. Great brown head which fades fast, and shows lighter shades on the very top. Strong flavour with a lot of malt and signs of chocolate. Medium bodied full of flavour! Good aftertaste, somewhat sweet, although some alcohol shines through. One of the best beers from the best polish brewery. Pick this one up if you can find it, and especially if its cheap! I got this for $1.81 for a large bottle...so its definately worth it!

Very light golden in colour, with many very small bubbles. Very light aroma with a hint of green apples. Strong initial taste with some noticable metallic tastes. The alcohol is noticable, but compares well with the Okocim Zagtoba. My favourite polish brewery!

Light amber; thick hop nose - I love getting pilsner fresh off the boat - seems like a mix of Lublin and Saaz to me. Lightish body. Some crisp hoppiness that will diminish quickly with age. Finishing dryish, herbal.

I liked this more than the Zagloba but it was still a slightly below average beer. I had the can version and it poured a golden color with a thick white head and lively carbonation. Faint hops aroma. A little on the weak side flavor-wise, it was mostly hops and metal. Dry finish. I won't bother with this one again.

I had the can version, which probably didn't help much. I found this to be pretty weak and watery. Unattractive gold color with a thick white head. No real lacing to speak of. Slight hops in the aroma but that was about it. Very dry finish and really lacking in the flavor department. I hope the Mocne is better...
