Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Friday, Day 1 75cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a mid-sized white head. Aroma is intense spicy, elderflower, herbs. Taste of herbs, elderflower, vegetables, strange!

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear pale yellow color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor both are quite vegetable, green plant like, some sweetness and a hint of some kind of fruit, I guess elderberries then??? Weird combination though, bit like shampoo. Don’t really like it.

Der im Geruch stark vertredene Holunder ist geschmacklich eher wenig vorhanden. Auch Äpfel sind kaum schmeckbar, dafür ist der Alkohol überdeutlich erkennbar. Unspannend, die Aromen beißen sich. 7/7/7/8/9/7

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Sparkling pale golden. Elderflowers dominate the nose totally. Spritzy with soapy lemon and lots of elderflowers. Shampoo-like.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity. Carbonated. Mellow fruity, sweet and dense apples. Dry, apples, citric and slight wooden to sulphorish. Lingering dry and overripe fruity finish.

Bottle. 2013. Dark yellow colour. Powerfull nice apple aroma. Very dry moderate apple flavor. Wek barnyard notes. Average finish. Oily palate. Nice cider.
