Clear glass bottle 75 cl. Pours a lovely, clear amber with a short, fizzy head. Sweet, caramelly nose, overripe apples noble rot. Rich, sweet body, more caramelized apple and a subtle underlying tartness driving the flavors. Absolutely delicious. 100526

Bottle pour. Pours clear copper. Pears and lots of caramelized sugars on the nose. Flavour has tons of caramelized pears, very gentle tannins, melted brown sugars. This is very good.
