Bottle from Steengaard, Beder. Vintage 2018. Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, caramel and red apples. Flavor is very sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 250524

--Bottled. -- Clear paleish golden, lively head. Mildly citric aroma with tart apples. Tart with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Tart, slightly funky, minerally nordic apples. Prickly carbonation, distinct apple skin bitterness. Complex and all around solid cider full of life.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours deep caramel apple red with no head. Aroma is rich sweet apple, toffee, baked apple, warming boozy notes, slightest funked edge. Intense rich sweetness with mellow bitterness. Full bodied, sticky, no carbonation. Quite delicious.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear golden with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is tart apples, a little sulphur, funk and caramel. Nice sweet and tart mix. Medium body, oily, spritzy. Drying finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear light golden, airy white head. Funky apple aroma and flavour, lasting and slightly rough funk, apple flavour is a little light.
