Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey-red amber-gold colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of concentrated apple, dried fruits, baked apple pie, booze. Taste is sweet, apple syrup, apple pie, pastry, drying tannin, nutty, with warm boozy notes. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet & tannic syrupy apple finish. Very sippable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk hint, caramel. Taste is sweetish, apple, tart, fruity, caramel, with alittle funk and acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Steengaard, Beder. Vintage 2018. Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, caramel and red apples. Flavor is very sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 250524

--Bottled. -- Clear paleish golden, lively head. Mildly citric aroma with tart apples. Tart with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Tart, slightly funky, minerally nordic apples. Prickly carbonation, distinct apple skin bitterness. Complex and all around solid cider full of life.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours deep caramel apple red with no head. Aroma is rich sweet apple, toffee, baked apple, warming boozy notes, slightest funked edge. Intense rich sweetness with mellow bitterness. Full bodied, sticky, no carbonation. Quite delicious.
