Description
We want to make wine for Nordic cuisine.
Fruit wine - well worth noting!
Although we can grow Rondo, Solaris and other grapes in Denmark, it will be difficult for us to compete with Germany and France when the quality and economy must match.
This is not the case with fruit wine.
Because we grow some of the world's best fruit in Denmark. The fluctuating temperatures during the growing season and not least between day and night, because the fruit gives a high acid content.
And the acid is just the most interesting thing with a winemaker's glasses.
These are fruity wines with lots of acid and fine fruit in the nose and taste.
Ideal companions for Nordic cuisine.

[ As Cold Hand Sparkling ICE ].
ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium orange colour initial with frothy head, virtually none lacing, fylly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is apple, apple syrup, concentrated apples, caramelized apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, caramelized apple, apple skin, apple syrup, intens apple - concentrated apples, tart apple thouch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich cherries, intense apples, fruits and has a nice warming finish. Light sour and sweet.

Bottle @Haderslebener Tasting. Clear dark red, a few bubbles. Apple, baked apple aroma, some black cherries. Sweet, dry apple flavour, some nice acidity, don't know if it's from the apples or the cherries but it's an improvement from the non-cherry version.
