375 ml corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, at an outrageous price. ABV is 10.0%. Ice perry / quince wine. Deep golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated / freeze distilled pear / quince juice, notes of flowers and honey. Very sweet flavour, with the same elements as the aroma. Good, but the price prohibits another purchase.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Denmark rating #200. Pours clear bright amber copper with a small bubbly off-white head. aroma of sweet apples, sulphur, caramel, sugars. Quite heavy sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily sticky mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Sweet apple finish. Pretty good.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear medium to dark red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is apple, cherry, cherry stone, intense apples, rich. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, cherry, rich, intense apples, medium dry to dry, light acidic finish. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20230114]

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, caramelized apple, apple skin, apple syrup, intens apple - concentrated apples, tart apple thouch. Bottle @Haderslebener Tasting. Clear dark red, a few bubbles. Apple, baked apple aroma, some black cherries. Sweet, dry apple flavour, some nice acidity, don't know if it's from the apples or the cherries but it's an improvement from the non-cherry version.
