As Malus Danica 2016, 12%. Clear golden, no head. Apple, apple pie aroma, a little vanilla. Sweet flavour, apple, fermented apple, lovely alc warmth, slightly acidic finish. Very nice.

Bottle from Siris. Haven't rated it before, since I thought it wouldn't be allowed here ( as it is a blend of spirit and ice cider ) yet the other admin (Tim) made a strong point since some whiskey infused beers are allowed. Anyway. This one pours a clear, darker ocerbrown. Scent is full, intense apple, woody, mild boozy touch. Taste is full, sweet, intense, sharp boozy touch, very woody. tannic finish by the apples. very taste-intense. lovely experience ! Great value for money here.

ABV: 10.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, oak - wood, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, oak - wood, tart apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively - flat. [20210605]

Bottle 2017 10.5% @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, some bubbles, little acid and has a nice apple finish.

Can @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. 2017 version, 10.5%. clear golden, small white head. Apple and concentrated apple aroma. Very high carb. Sourish, sweetish apple flavour. The quite high carb is a little disturbing.
