375ml (thx, Matt!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: dark copper. Aroma: very sweet, boozy, apples, baked apples. Taste: woody, lots of oak, boozy, tannic, very sweet, tart, bold. Overall: strong, bold, harsh, and enjoyable.

Poured from 375mL bottle (2016 vintage; lot 2016-1-2-37). Hazy medium brown with no head and a bit of sediment. Apple, booze from the eau-de-vie, dark sugars. A little bit harsh, but still tasty.

375mL bottle. Pours murky brown. Aroma has a ton of ripe apples, skins, fresh grass, brown sugar. Flavour has a ton of ripe apples up front, brown sugar. Like an apple crisp; excellent.

Murky sort of light brown. This has a mellow brown sugar character, decent apple. On the palate, quite a bit of alcohol, sticky sugars. Tastes good, not necessarily refined.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber, almost no head. Aroma has plenty of apple brandy, plenty of booze, and a bit of perfumey notes. Flavour is extremely intense, with plenty of apple brandy, deep red apple liqueur, a touch of floral notes, toffee, and brown sugars. Lots of apple brandy, booze, and sugars. Real nice blend. It's boozy but it works; cohesive fortified, brandy apple cider. Tasty.

Bottle. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is green apples, some herbal and lemongrassy tones. Flavour is green apples, some tart wood and a bit tartish apples too. Quite ok. Refreshing, but more of a sipper than a thirst quencher.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey-red amber-gold colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of concentrated apple, dried fruits, baked apple pie, booze. Taste is sweet, apple syrup, apple pie, pastry, drying tannin, nutty, with warm boozy notes. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet & tannic syrupy apple finish. Very sippable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk hint, caramel. Taste is sweetish, apple, tart, fruity, caramel, with alittle funk and acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
