Bottle @ Food Festival as "Cold Hand Vinter 2013", 8.6%. Clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit, crisp, funk and oak. Flavour is apples, fruit, crisp, funk, little tart, oak, apple peel, medium dry and a little sweet.

No head, just some bubbles, light caramel colored. Aroma is slightly dry and concentrated fruity, oak, fresh concentrated apple juice, grass, alcohol, bark, apple skin, hints of burnt caramel. Taste is sweet and concentraded fresh fruity, fresh concentrated apple juice, sugar, grass, oak, apple skin, caramel, sorrel, caramel. Medium bitterness, fresh acidic and syrupy mouthfeel. Nice.

Danish tasting session; corked bottle; vintage 2012
Hazy blond color with large quick head. It has a strong aroma of elderflowers; not too mellow, instead it has some nice pungent character, and then mild sour apples. The mouthfeel is fairly dry, overly carbonated; it has an infinitesimal flavor of apples, moderate acidity, some elderflower.
Very nice aroma, but empty flavor.

Danish tasting session, corked; vintage 2012
Hazy blond color, with medium sized fast disappearing head. Strange aroma, dusty, floral, plastic, and just lightly fruity. Carbonated mouthfeel, moderately sweet, with some apple juice flavor and a floral accent; soft tannins in the end, mustard seeds, and quite strong alcohol presence.
Weird.

shared by yespr, clear yellow, huge fluffy bubbly head. aroma is pretty herbal, chopped trees with leaves, sort of. not much apple or pear. flavor is pear, apple, spicy notes, very spicy and bitter ,but also nice notes from pear and apple.
