Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear dark golden without head. Aroma is sweet, sweet pears, wood and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily, soft and smooth. Nice. 170617

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear pale golden with no head. Aroma of big elderflower, fresh green peas, a really weird veggie aroma upfront but still with tart apples lurking behind. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with high fizzy carbonation. Strangest ice cider I’ve tried so far! [19-08-2016]

Bottle 750ml. clear glass corked @ pre. Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Cold Hand Malus Unica Hyld ].[ Vintage 2012 ]. Clear sparkling, light yellow color with a small small quickly head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy elderflowers, flowers, apple, apple peel. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate acrid bitter with a average duration, tart elderflowrs, sweet apples, acrid elderflowers, elderflowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160819]

Bottle "2012", 11.5%. Clear golden with tiny diminishing white head. Aroma is apple, elderflower and apple peel. Flavour is apple, elderflower, apple peel, notes of elder berries, little tart, little citric, medium dry, little sweet and herbal.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Friday, Day 1 75cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a mid-sized white head. Aroma is intense spicy, elderflower, herbs. Taste of herbs, elderflower, vegetables, strange!

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear pale yellow color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor both are quite vegetable, green plant like, some sweetness and a hint of some kind of fruit, I guess elderberries then??? Weird combination though, bit like shampoo. Don’t really like it.
