355mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, tiny head. Aroma brings out stewed pears, some tannins, and a little champagne-like effervescence. Flavour reveals lots of semi-sweet, stewed appears, a touch of toffee, slight tannins and a gentle champagne-like effervescence that is characteristic of Forbidden Fruit's products. Nothing exceptional, but certainly above average for BC ciders/perries.

355mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is full of sweet stewed apples, some toffee, and subtle acidity. Flavour is medium sweet, with stewed apples, a little toffee, just an ever-so-slight funk, and light acidity. Moderately carbonated, tickling the tongue nicely. On the sweet side, but above average for a non-funky, BC cider.
