Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Hazy pale golden. Generous concentrated honey and apple aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey, refined sugar and ripe apples. Rich and mellow.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet apples and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily. 190816

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Friday, Day 1 Pours clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of strong and decent sweet apples. Taste of very sweet ripe apples, warmy alcoholic finish.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich concentrated apples, sweet and fruity. Very intense and nice.

Bottle sampled at Forbidden Fruit, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out lots of apple butter, with a touch of baked apple and light acidity. Flavour is dry and complex, with lots of baked apple, apple butter and almost a touch of cinnamon. Light acidity and almost a dry tartness on the finish. Excellent stuff.

Bottle sampled at Forbidden Fruit, pours brings out a very vanilla-like pears along with a very floral quality. Flavour is very floral, with a perfumey type of pear, along with a touch of vanilla. Smooth and dry on the finish. Excellent.

Bottle - Sweet fleshy white apple. Pale clear gold. Sweet apple and a little ethanol notes. Not bad, but just very fortified Apple juice.
