Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a few small off white bubbles. Aroma of sweet honey and the normal floral notes with some alcohol. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Medium bodied with alcohol warmth in the palate and no carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Klare dunkelgoldene Farbe. Geruch sehr süß nach Honig, alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr süß, viel Honig, klebrig, alkoholisch.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet honey, fruits, sugar and has a nice sweet finish.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clears golden color, no head. Smell and taste sweet, honey and apple appear to be a bit stronger, more concentrated sort of speak then in most other meads I have tried. Hint of alcohol in the flavor. Quite nice though.
