BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, barrel. Taste is sweet,appley, mellow, barrel notes, hints of vanilla, bourbon, with soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

8/2/2020. From Bag in a Box at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours clear pale gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples. Light to moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Dry finish.

Cask @ GBBF, Birmingham. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, fruits, flowers, citrus and has a nice sour apple finish.

500ml bottle @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours a clear gold, aroma bears good medium sweet apple juice. Taste presents a good, clean medium sweet character, some defined apple fruit, vanilla hints, drying close. Excellent drinkability. Really good.
