Black with a khaki cap that veers to the edge.
Nose is dark malts, dried fruit esters, grains, herb.
Taste comprises brown bread, chocolate biscuit, light spice, dark malts.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Tidy enough mild.

Nose is orange peel, melon, straw.
Taste comprises pale malts, light breads, frass, citric zest.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close touched with light juicy hop bitterness.
Okay gold.

Cask at the White Horse, Harborne. Pours gold with a medium head. Aroma is sweet creamy mango and grain. Taste is weet straw to start with a grainy mango finish.

Keg @ Hop & Scotch, Kings Heath. Pours misty golden amber, small white topping. Light ginger nose. Taste presents soft, light textures, gentle root ginger, soft lightly sweet malt, no discernible rhubarb unfortunately. Decent light gingery amber.

26th Oct 2017. CAMRA Beer Festival in Shifnal, Shropshire. Gravity poured half pint. Murky golden/yellow, wispy white head. Citrusy tropical fruitiness in both the nose and flavour, decent bittering finish. Tasted better than it looked.
