750ml bottle from the New Union. Slightly hazy orangey colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, mellow, citric. Taste is fruity, apple, peach, caramel, apricot hints, bittersweet with mellow tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium dry finish with alittle tartness. Very nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Cider Explorer webshop. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity pear, sharp funky. Taste is fruity fleshy pear, tart, woody, solventy funk, earthy & musty. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from New Union Kendal. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, earthy funk. Taste is sweet, earthy, apple, musty, solventy funk, with caramel and brown sugar hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. OK

500ml bottle from New Union, Kendal. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of tangy apple, solventy funk. Taste is tangy, tart, sweetish apple, juicy, musty with alittle caramel and some funk. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Golden amber colour, afew bubbles on top, and aroma of tangy apple, bittersweet, light solvent & woody funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, with hints of caramel and alittle drying tannin. Oily mouthfeel medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry fruity apple finish. Quite OK

500ml bottle from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours a murky hazy gold, small ring atop. Aroma is fresh pressed farmhouse fruit. Taste presents a nice crisp fruity farmhouse blend with a pithy apple core bitterness. Quite juicy, not too smooth but good high juice character. Good cider.

500ml bottle from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours clear gold. Sparkling. Sweet perry nose. Taste presents a crisp carbonation, fairly light fruity sweet character, a little thin and drying, clean on the palate. Lacks personality but it's generally fine.
