Flavourwise there's an initial bitterness combined with sourness. Tart citrus with a vinous element and herbs and spices. Develops juicy sweetness with added sugar. Medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Fizzy carbonation with a relaxed saunter. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. I like.
