Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 5. 12/08/2017.�A light hazed yellow green coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is turbo, petrol, funky apple, spicy, plastic. Flavour is composed of sour tangy pithy apple, plastic, little funk, funky.. Palate is dry and pithy, moderate carbonation.. Good.

Box @ GBBF ’17. Pours a misty golden yellow. Aroma has sharp funk. Taste presents robust, harsh tannins and a sharp acidity with fleshy apple fruit emerging. Tough going, but I imagine the palate adjusts after a pint or so.
