500ml bottle (costing £14!) @ Hopyard, Oslo. Pours pale yellow, thin ring of bubbles. Aroma is pure cider apple juice, moderately sweet. Taste continues, nicely balanced with a good medium character and very minimal tannic activity. Not bad at all.

0.5l bottle, no batch nr. Looks like a cider for sure. Clearish and paleish golden in the glass without a head. On the nose it's slightly sweet white wine infused. Really mild but there are some wet apples in here for sure. A hint of dust. Mild, but not a bad aroma this. There's much more stuff going on in the taste. First of all its surprisingly thin bodied, near watery actually and soft to average on the bubbles. Sourish and apply in the taste. It's kinda both sour and a little sugar sweet. Tones of wood and musky wet autumn. Some apples that have fallen of the tree get these black spots, yeah? Well, this tastes a little like those black spots. Sampled at Vill & Syrlig. Clear golden body with a small, and fast disappearing white head. Aroma is apple, pretty much straight forward. Flavor is a bit sweet apple, hint of yeast and moderate acidity. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite OK, but not standing out in any direction.
