750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 12%. 2018 harvest. Clear deep golden to amber colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Lovely strong aroma of apples, apple peel and oak, a hint of sulphites. The flavour is medium sweet with some acidity, notes of apples, apple peel, oak and sulphites again. Hints of warming alcohol.

7-3-7-4-15 Bottle, #2016-01, seven months after bottling. Pours brownish red, with no head. Aroma is red apples, fruit peel, earthy notes, oak barrels and some cider vinegar. Medium body, with no carbonation. Flavour is apples, musty fruit peel and fruity brett, as well as earthy notes, alcohol and wood. Dry finish.

Fra 0,75 flaske på RBHD-samling på Bjørnøy, juni-18: klar, knallrød farge med kort skum. Som flytende Kongen av Danmark (dvs bringebærdrops) i både aroma og smak, dette er et direkte overkill. Bringebærbrus med alkohol men uten karbonering.
