Bottle, 75cl. A deep red cider, sparkling and with a small intense pink head. The aroma is lightly funky, barnyard, lemon, leather, with raspberry at first, but it soon turns out to be cherry. Marzipan-like cherry pit notes too. In the back, as a foundation, there's a nice apple scent, well-ripened apples that is. It's quite dry on the palate, yet with some residual sweetness. Pleasant soft carbonation and some lemony acidity. The flavor skips the raspberry hint and goes directly to cherry, still with ripe apples as a backdrop for the other flavors. Leathery, barnyard-ish funk, hints of grass and apple cores and some cherry pits. Lasting gentle finish with a good mix of apple and cherry, combined with some funk. A very pleasant rosé sider indeed. 230915

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, leafs, sorrel, hay, flowers, minerals, yeast, apple cores, grass, unripe apples. Medium biterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Weird.

750 ml bottle, vintage 2021, bottle No. 1446 out of 2013. ABV is 7%. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma of Rubinstep apples and sulphites. Dry flavour of apples, a hint of sulphites.
