Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy reddish color. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, sour red berries, sorrel, fruit stones, yeast, grass, flowers, sour apples, dried cherries, apple peel. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour cherries, sorrel, apple peel, grass, leafs, fruit stones, sour apples, old cellar, flowers. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

YG 160923. Red color with a small pinkish head. Aroma is apples, cherries. Flavor is apple, cherries, sourness, lemon, funk, barnyard. Nice.

Sjøen 160923. Peachy-pale red color with no head. Aroma is apple, raspberries. Flavor is apples, raspberries, rose chips, apple core. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A deep red cider, sparkling and with a small intense pink head. The aroma is lightly funky, barnyard, lemon, leather, with raspberry at first, but it soon turns out to be cherry. Marzipan-like cherry pit notes too. In the back, as a foundation, there's a nice apple scent, well-ripened apples that is. It's quite dry on the palate, yet with some residual sweetness. Pleasant soft carbonation and some lemony acidity. The flavor skips the raspberry hint and goes directly to cherry, still with ripe apples as a backdrop for the other flavors. Leathery, barnyard-ish funk, hints of grass and apple cores and some cherry pits. Lasting gentle finish with a good mix of apple and cherry, combined with some funk. A very pleasant rosé sider indeed. 230915

Gusher. Big fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry floral, hay, flowers, yeast, apple peel, minerals, grass, ripe apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, leafs, sorrel, hay, flowers, minerals, yeast, apple cores, grass, unripe apples. Medium biterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Weird.

Rød farge med bobler. Lukter epler, gjær og bringebær. Sprudlende og syrlig. Bringebær framtredende i smaken. Frisk.
