Bottle, 75cl. It's almost clear one, straw colored, with a few bubbles on top. Fresh apple, pear, yeast, sulfur notes, straw, grass, bark notes and some funk in the aroma. It's quite dry on the palate, pleasantly carbonated and medium bodied. There's some notes of autolyse in the flavor, sulfur too, but mostly there's fresh apple and fruityness. Grass, gooseberry, straw, bark and a faint funky touch in the flavor. Lasting finish. A bit gentle in many ways, but complex and tasteful. A bit yeasty though, pulling my score down. 221102

Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear dark golden colored cider, more or less still, but with some carbonation and white bubbles. It's quite matured feeling on the nose, lots of apple, some cellar hints, grass, apple cores and a touch of alcohol. It's full bodied, warming and smooth on the palate, sweet, with a hint of carbonation. Apple, overripe apple, apple pie, grass notes and some alcohol in the flavor. Hints of dried fruit. Some faint herbal notes. Lasting finish. A really delicious one, borderline ice cider, definitely dessert cider. 220930

Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival. 2021 vintage. An almost clear one, almost colorless, just a faint tint of straw color. No bubbles. The aroma has pear and a fruity sourness, almost lemony, with a faint grassy hint. It’s medium bodied and semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation. Pear, lemon hints and a generic fruityness in the flavor. Medium length finish. A bit too gentle this one, but far from bad. 220813

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Jæren Ølfestival pre-tasting. 2020 vintage. It’s rather carbonated, producing a huge white head. Some white bubbles and a minimal sized white head. The aroma is apple driven, with apple peal, leathery, funky notes and some lemon notes. It’s full-bodied, rather effervescent and quite sour on the palate, with an apple driven flavor. Apple cores, leaves, grass and some funk too. Quite delicious this one, straight forward, but too effervescent. 220812

Shared 750 ml bottle at Bryne tasting, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Very pale straw colour, sparkling. Aroma of pears. Flavour of pears, semi-dry. One-dimensional, needs more pear varieties (including sweet dessert pears and bitter perry pears) to obtain more complexity.
