750 ml bottle, vintage 2019, from the cidery (or possibly from Vinmonopolet Odda). ABV is 8%. Clear and very pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of slightly \"spicy\" apple varieties. Dry flavour, crisp and slightly \"spicy\" apples. I had it with pasta (not seafood), but it must be great with the seafood for which it is intended.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear, sparkling deep red cider with an orange tint. A big pinkish white head forms when pouring but soon settles to a constantly maintained layer of bubbles. The aroma has raspberry at first, but almost immediately a good dash of fresh apple show up. Grass, some core and a candy feeling follows. It's quite tart on the palate, medium bodied and effervescent, with a good dash of raspberry flavor. Fresh apples, apple cores, lemon and a hint of grass follows. Earthy, bark like hints in the far back. Lasting fruity finish. A refreshing and tasteful one indeed, needs more than just a sip to shine. 220507

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, hazy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, hay, flowers, leafs, grass, minerals, yeast, mild vinegar, paper, berry skin, sour dusty fruits. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, mild vinegar, grass, hay, flowers, minerals, berry skin, sour dusty fruits, yeast. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of weird.

750 ml clear bottle, shared with my son, from the cidery. Information handwritten on the bottle. ABV is 5%. Colour nearly like water, only a weak greyish-greenish-yellowish hue. Pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of pears, a hint of rubber. Dry flavour of pears, better than I feared. Drank it ice cold though.

From tap at Henrik Øl og Vinstove 12.09.21. Dark violet. Small pink head. Intense aroma and taste of cherries and cherry jam. Bitter apple peel in aftertaste. Good!

Aroma is rich sour-ish fruity, concentrated sour apple juice, citrus, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, apple cores, grass, fruit stones, hints of caramel. Taste is dry concentrated sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, citrus, apple peel, oak, old rope, alcohol, bark, minerals, yeast, apple cores. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, high carbonation. Nice enough. Very concentrated fruityness slightly towards the icecider direction.
