75cl bottle @ Head of Steam, Birmingham shared with Rich, Craig and John. Misty pale gold complexion, white head. Aroma gives a fairly sweet mixed ferm blend, vibrant wild yeast. First sip brings a magical wild character with sweet white wine like glimpses, and myriad floral sour layers. For a first effort this is a truly excellent, nay captivating mixed ferm blend with a lovely sweetness. Wow.
