Friday 16th February 2024, Prince of Wales, Shrewsbury; Cask Beer Festival. Hand-pulled half-pint. Golden amber body, clean and clear, on top a snow white crown. Yet another citrussy beer!

Cask at Bridge Street Taphouse, Chester. Pours clear Ruby amber with a fine cream foam. Malt, caramel, light toffee, red berries. Light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter, lightly dry on the palate. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Decent.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 9th February 2024. Clear amber with shallow whitish foam and full lacing. Tropical fruits aroma. Citrus in-mouth with spices, nuttiness and grassy hints. Caramel malt and lemony citrus dominate the finish. Light body and a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a medium amber colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, herbal, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with light, slightly watery, herbal, plastic, light floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
