330ml can from Beer52. Drank at Auntie Sue’s on 31st July 2026. Looked good, clean bronze body, off white head. Malty front, centre and back, nice semi sweet toffee/caramel base, light hop content, but enough to stop the malts taking over completely.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A copper coloured pour with a thick cream head; malty aroma; biscuity malt taste with a gentle bitterness. Nicely balanced.

Slightly hazy yellow/golden pour with a stable, but fluffy white head. Aromas of grapefruit, mango, orange, malt, plums, herbs. Taste is mango, grapefruit, peaches, orange - slightly bitter finish. Quite decent for a supermarket find.

Draught keg at the Hop Stop, Melton Mowbray. Light gold, clear with a decent-sized white head. Scent of soapy hard citrus. Sweet refreshing taste, the lime is prominent but there's a good malt base as well. Light body with carbonation on the heavy side. Simple but good, worthwhile seeking out.

Handpull cask at the Green Dragon, Ryhall. Pale gold and clear with a small film of white head. Light aroma of lemon zest. Taste is bittersweet with a notable bitterness coming at the end. A nice balance here. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. An enjoyable pale.

Keg at Cambridge Blue, Cambridge. Pours mildly hazed gold to blonde with white foam. Mild stone fruits, grapefruit, grass. Light to moderate sweet & bitter. Medium body with soft carbonation. Muted flavours when I expected more, perhaps not that fresh.

Draught keg at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Brownish gold and clear with a thin ring of off-whote head. Malty, piney aroma, some burnt orange peel. Bittersweet taste, lots more pine here, grapefruit oils. Bitter in the finish. Light to medium body with carbonation on the slightly intense side. Well done.
