Sampled from 1 l bottle from local 'toom', best before August 2019. Clear, pale golden, barely any head. Just slightly sweetish, sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples. Minimally sweet, gently sour, moderately fruity taste of ripe apples and some wood, followed by a short, quite tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle. Pours clear champagne coloured, no head. Tart, ripe apples, young white wine, sparkling wine. Medium dry sourness. Fizzy carbonated, watery texture, dry finish, refreshing and very easy drinking. Good.

Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, green apples, tart apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart apple, sweet apple, earthy notes. Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear light golden with no head. Aroma of sweet apples, red apples and a little tart green cooking apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with no carbonation. Not the greatest of ciders.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear pale golden with no head. Aroma of sweet red apple, cardboard and some malty notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Klare goldene Farbe. Geruch nach reifen Äpfeln, kaum säuerlich, trocken. Geschmack leicht säuerlich, reife Äpfel, nicht zu süß, einfach zu trinken.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear very pale yellow color, no head. Smell and taste apple, sweet with a touch of lightly sour apple peel. Decent body and carbonation. Ok cider.
