Tap at Munich Fresh Beer, Aeon Mall, Phnom Penh. Poured a hazy dark brown colour with a short-lived frothy off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light chocolate, caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, roasty malt, coffee, charcoal, light chocolate palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A little rough around the edges, but drinkable.

Near black with a thick beige head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate and coffee with overripe dark fruits. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Munich Fresh Beer, Aeon Mall, Phnom Penh. Poured a hazy orange colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, and sweet, with a crisp, grainy, light fruity, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Looks awful and doesn’t taste much better. Mildly infected too, but I’ve tasted worse.

Fra fat på bryggeripuben (Phnom Penh) mars-19: mørkebrun med fint skum. Rugbrød, overmodne mørke bær, sur solbærsaft og gjær. Smaker uferdig. 2 dårlige øl på rappen her.

Fra fat på bryggeripuben (Phnom Penh) mars-19: uklar korngylden med fint skum. Banan, gjær, brøddeig og såvidt en smak av citrus. Ikke mye å rope hurra for, men jeg får vel prøve den andre også.
