Aroma’s mainly vinegar with a hint of fruit. Short lived foamy head on pinkish red brew. Flavor’s where the cherry comes out, but vinegar dominates. Not bad, but not my favorite sour.

355ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Tart-ish, fruity aroma, notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, a touch of gooseberry. Taste is tart, more citric than lactic, notes of lemon juice, a touch of sauerkraut. Clean and refreshing, a bit simple.
