Thnx to David ! Pours dark amberblonde. Small white head. Smell is full on funk and oak. Some lemon, some horse stable. Taste Is intense, funk, oak. High acidity, but still decentm much complexity. Horse stable, huge balance. Perhaps a bit to agressivly sour, but this has to be the most true-to-original ’geuze’ I had from the US.

Super good beer. Aroma’s a little misleading in that I picked up a little bit of dark ripe fruits and some licorice that I don’t care for too much in this class of beer. But that disappears entirely in the flavor. Flavor’s toasty, roasty, cocoa, very smooth bitter. Outstanding body and finish.

Hazy, amber colored, small+ off white frothy head, floating cone is a nice touch. Aroma is of caramel, medium+ citrus, floral and pine, some resin. Taste is very sweet malt with caramel, citrus, orange and some hard candy, floral pine and some fruity, medium+ hoppiness, bit toasty, medium+ bitterness, dryish. Medium to full, soft carbonation, oily to resiny. Some Atlantic voyage noticeable, other than that, a fine DIPA! (bottle, Beermoth, Manchester)

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow, huge and white head. Aroma is mild peachy, slight grapefruity hoppy. Bitter, slight herbal. Mild citrusy fruity. Dry and bitter. Lingering toasted malt and bitter far finish.

Tap at Brickhouse. Foamy pink tinged creamy head. The grape juice is quite bland and doesn’t add any desirable depth. Drinks more like a juice box than a lambic. Odd, off-putting aroma. Drinkable enough of a beverage, but in no way an impressive beer.
