Keg at Burnhearts. Clear purplish amber, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of Concord grape jam, toasted malt, hints of funk. Taste is tart and jammy grapes, lemon, caramel. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Draught @ William K Kurvi. Pours dark orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of caramely malts, pine, citrus, grass and herbal notes. Taste is sweetish, caramely malty and grassy with some fruits, pine, citrus and resin. Finish is sweet, malty and caramely with some pine, resin, fruits and citrus. Sweet and caramely malty DIPA, doesn’t feel very fresh.

750 ml bottle from Tavour. Nose is coffee, roast, and vanilla. Black with a small beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet with coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.

Bottle 750ml (Beer Hunters). Murky orange-amber color, small off-white head. Tart, cherryish aroma, a bit funky. Medium-bodied. Mouthpuckering fruity, cherryish flavor. Complex, wineous, smooth. Great.

Bottle 750ml (Beer Hunters). Clear golden-amber color, small white head. Horse saddle aroma. Bretta, very orvalish. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, bretta, hops, funkyness. Complicated 5.5% brew. Probably improves with age. Nice one.

Bottle 355ml (Ravintola Kirjakauppa). A bit murky brown color, small brownish head. Aroma of chocolate, bread, caramel and light veggie notes. Medium-bodied. Caramalt, bread, chocolate, maltyness. Sweetish and chocolaty so not so traditional doppelbock. Ok.

Bottle courtesy of linusb. Hazy vibrant red pour with a small pinkish white head. Huge fleshy cherry nose. Lemon, nectarine and light funk. Sour & fleshy fruity taste. Off-dry, round, tart mouth. Quite like this. Nice balance between the fruity sweet and sour.
