Bottle courtesy of Craig (cheers Craig) , consumed at Fairport Annual Reunion, Saturday 12th August 2017. Pours dark brown with a slim light tan head. As Craig notes this has a dusty feel, it’s got vanilla and coffee, it’s decent but doesn’t really stand out. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Light haze on this pale gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light and savoury brett, slightly bitter. Floral lemon Sorachi blends in well. Trace of orange and a whisper of lime peel. Light dry mildly bitter finish. Simple stuff but the savoury brett Sorachi hit is doing it for me.

This isn’t a bad IPA although I don’t pick up much of the promised fruity citrus qualities but I do get a lot of bitterness. Good carbonation and it’s fairly dry.
