Description
The O'so Brewing Company was founded in 2007 by Marc and Katina Buttera. Marc was an avid home-brewer and opened O'so after opening a home-brew supply shop known as Point Brew Supply. In 2013, O'so was declared the 2nd fastest growing brewery in the state. ​

Backlog. Bottle shared by Pilsnertest. Clear, pale amber with a white head. Slightly tart citrus, wheat, grass. Not much going on. Refreshing but bland.

From a 12 oz. bottle. It is a cloudy hazy golden color with an off white head.the Aroma is some citrus and the taste is strong bitter hints of malt with and some citrus grass and pine.

From a 12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy greenish gold with an off white head. Aroma of grass and pine. Flavors of spruce with some soapiness. Intense bitter finish.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 2. A hazy golden beer with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of tart fruits, wood, sweet malt, grapes. Taste of sour fruits, barrel wood, vanilla, vinegar, tart grapes.

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Cloudy orange, white head. Funky aroma, sour berries. Sour, dry flavour. Juicy, citric with a note of acetone. Nice.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear yellow golden color, small to average sized white head. Aroma is sourish with some yeast and some fruity elements, but the flavor is heavy sour, acidic, sour unripe fruits. I can’t drink this. Way too sour for me to enjoy.

8 3 7 3 15 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, vinous notes, tart grapes, citrus and oak. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is bretty, wooden and sourish. Dry, citric and sourish fruity. Lingering sour and dry. Bretty to funky finish.
