Handpump@JDW Sir John Oldcastle, London. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma si apples, some mild vinegar, alcohol and wood. Flavour is apples, some vinegar, yeast, mild sweet seedy notes as well as some slight throatburning notes.

Bottled. A golden perry with a white head that collapses in the middle. The aroma is totally dominated by pears. The flavor is sweet with notes of pears, leading to a dry and slightly tart finish.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with low carbonation. Aroma is tart apples, plasters and plasticine. Taste is woody to start. Very dry finish with sharp sweet apple. Full in the mouth with lots of carbonation.
