Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Pinkish red coloured with a small sparkling head that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is sour apples, sweet apples, mild vinegary notes as well as some mild eathyness. Flavour is sweetish sour apples along with some red berries and mild earthy notes. Quite much like a semidry Rosé wine also. Pleasant.

Small white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Wooden barnyard apple aroma with mealy notes. Dry-sweet-acidic alcoholic apple and honey taste with wooden barnyard. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Not much aftertaste. Long lingering mealy apple and wood aftertaste. Not bad for a cider. (0.25l cask, the Old Brewery, Greenwich.)

Bottle from Sainsbury. This is an odd cider; aroma and flavour have totally different elements. Nose of wood, sour apple, dust and earthyness. Flavour is sweet apple, apple juice, bit candy like. Medium carbonation.
