An orange cider with no head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet apply. A quite ordinary cider.

A light yellow cider with disappearing white head. The flavor is sweet and slighlty acidic apply. The flavor is sweet yet slightly acidic from the apples, and quite dry. Nice.

500ml bottle from Sainsbury. Green gold colour, very pale, no head. Vinegar apple aroma, bit of sourness. Apple juice and light carbonation in mouth, some sweetness. Finish has more vinegar. Not terribly interesting and aroma is a bit off putting

75cl bottle at Wetherspoons. OK so I am not really much of a perry or cider drinker so I am still learning. Extremely pale gold and very carbonated. Some pear on this but not as much as say the Kopparberg but also not so cloying either. Having been to an apple and pear festival earlier in the year, I could definitely detect the Conference pear flavour. Overall just a tad too sweet, but I was drinking this with a friend and by the end, both of us agreed that we liked this

On cask at the Coronation Tap, Bristol (a great cider pub). Opaque straw colour, sweetish taste, complex flavour with a good fruit character.

Yellow, fresh, fruity, subdued alcohol. Effervescent, and bursting with fruit, leather and wood. Reminds me of the dearly departed Snohomish Scrumpy from Washington State, which was truly the best cider I’ve had the pleasure of drinking.
